POLICE ACADEMY ENROLLMENT

University Supervision and Partnerships

1. The Academy’s training programs are conducted under the academic and organizational

supervision and authorization of Harvest Christian University (United States of

America), within the framework of an academic and training collaboration.

2. This supervision relates to academic and organizational matters only and

does not change the Academy’s independent status as a training and educational

institution.

1. The Academy’s financial resources are based primarily on:

 Sponsorships and donations, and Participation fees for programs and courses.

2. Any amount you pay through the Academy’s payment page is treated as:

 A contribution and participation fee for the relevant programs, used to:

§ Plan and organize activities, Cover costs of trainers, venues, training materials, and logistics.

3. The Academy does not aim to generate personal commercial profit from these payments,

but to cover costs and achieve its training and humanitarian objectives, in cooperation with

its university partner in the United States for planning events and trainings.

 Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Once your payment has been successfully completed:

 No refunds (full or partial) will be provided,

 Non-attendance, withdrawal, or change of mind does not entitle you to a refund.

2. The only exception for a refund is:

 If the program or course is not conducted at all, or

 The Academy fully cancels the program without offering a reasonable alternative.

3. In the event of total cancellation by the Academy, the Academy will, as far as reasonably

possible:

 Offer either a refund of the fees paid, or

 An option to transfer your participation to another suitable program or course, in

accordance with the Terms & Conditions of Service at:

By proceeding to payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be

reference for any interpretation or dispute.

 After Payment: Confirmation and Scheduling

1. Within a few days after your payment, you will receive an official email at the address you

provided in the online application form, confirming:

 Receipt of your payment, and

 Provisional reservation of your seat in the relevant program or course.

2. The exact dates, times, and schedule of the program will be determined and

communicated after:

 A sufficient number of participants has registered, and

 Trainers and instructors have confirmed their availability.

3. You are responsible for:

 Regularly checking your email (including spam/junk folders), and

 Keeping your contact details updated if they change.

1. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the training and fulfillment of all

academic or practical requirements specified for each program.

2. Mere registration or attendance does not automatically guarantee a certificate, title, or

privilege; you must satisfy the relevant conditions for completion and assessment.

1. Badges, ID cards, or membership cards (collectively, “Badges”):

 Are not part of the course fee,

 Are not sold as products,

 May be provided, when granted, free of charge as a sign of participation in the

Academy’s activities.

2. The purposes of a Badge include:

 Demonstrating that the holder has participated in certain Academy programs or

activities,

 Encouraging voluntary cooperation with police and military forces in the holder’s

region in the context of community safety and support, always in full respect of

the law and official authorities.

3. A Badge may not be used:

 As an official police or military ID,

 To claim or imply any official rank or authority,

 To gain unauthorized access to any governmental, military, or police premises,

Or to mislead others into believing that the holder has any official governmental or

law-enforcement capacity.

collecting and processing your personal data (such as your name, email address, country,

professional affiliation, and participation data) solely for:

 Organizing and managing programs and events,

 Communicating with you regarding your participation, schedules, and certificates,

 Fulfilling the Academy’s administrative, academic, and legal obligations.

The Academy does not sell your personal data. Your data may be shared only

with essential partners (such as Harvest Christian University) strictly for:

 Program accreditation and organization,

11. Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law

1. The Academy is not liable for:

 Any illegal or improper use of its name, Badges, or certificates by participants,

 Any individual actions taken by participants outside the official scope of the

Academy’s courses and instructions.

2. The Academy does not assume responsibility for:

 Decisions by any government, police, or military authority to accept or reject any

cooperation or participation,

 The issuance or refusal of visas, travel permits, work permits, or residence permits.3. Any dispute or claim related to registration, payment, or participation is subject to
