The objective to establish advocacy centers across the United States involves creating local and regional hubs that serve as focal points for civil rights, community justice, victim support, and public service advocacy.

These centers function as community anchors aiming to improve justice access, strengthen civil rights protections, and empower marginalized populations through education, advocacy, and coordinated intervention. Many existing models, such as child advocacy centers, offer effective frameworks that can be adapted for civil rights and community justice advocacy across diverse jurisdictions nationwide
