OFFICIAL INSTITUTIONAL POLICY ON SELECTIVE ADMISSIONS AND ENROLLMENT

Harvest Christian University is a private, mission-driven,  selective-admissions religious postsecondary institution. The University  does not operate under an open-enrollment model. Admission is granted  exclusively through institutional review and approval to applicants  whose qualifications, character, leadership, and educational objectives  are determined by the University to be consistent with its mission,  academic standards, governing policies, and institutional values.  Admission to Harvest Christian University is a privilege extended by the  University and not an entitlement created by application or inquiry.

Harvest Christian University reserves the sole discretion to approve,  defer, deny, revoke, suspend, or terminate admission or enrollment  whenever the University determines that such action is in the best  interest of the institution, its students, its religious mission, its  academic integrity, or its governing principles.

Because Harvest Christian University is a private religious institution,  admission is considered a privilege extended by the University and not a  right acquired through application. Submission of an application,  payment of fees, or participation in the admissions process does not  create an entitlement to admission, enrollment, graduation, or the  awarding of any academic credential.

The University further reserves the right to limit enrollment,  establish academic cohorts, admit students through invitation or  nomination, and determine the number of students accepted into any  academic term, college, school, institute, or program.
