Dr. Kannis Florence, Ph.D., serves as Executive Director of the Theological Studies Department at Harvest Christian University, where he is recognized for his scholarly leadership and visionary approach to theological education. .

His academic stewardship is distinguished by a commitment to exploring Christianity’s diverse roots, particularly the influence of African civilizations such as Kemet and the enduring legacy of early Christian communities across the continent.

This new center is dedicated to advancing the understanding, protection, and promotion of Indigenous peoples' rights through rigorous research, education, and advocacy within the framework of international law.

Harvest Christian University is proud to introduce a new Entrepreneurship Specialization within its Business Management program, tailored specifically for ambitious young entrepreneurs. This comprehensive program equips students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today's dynamic business landscape.

This specialized track within the Business Management program is designed to be both theoretical and practical, combining academic rigor with real-world applications. Through a mix of case studies, practical projects, and interactive learning experiences, students will develop the confidence and competence to navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship.

Pastoral Counseling 

CPE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

We are pleased to offer a Pastoral Counseling Certificate program designed specifically for pastors seeking to enhance their counseling skills and credentials. 

Continuing Education Units (CEUs): The certificate program offers a 2 day CEU re-training. This Certification can be applied towards the Clinical Pastoral Education.) credentials.

  

Biblical Concepts of Christian Counseling:

Isaiah 9:6 is a scripture that reads, "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace"
