The Community Overwatch Program is a flagship initiative of the Georgia A. Robinson Police Academy at Harvest Christian University. Introduction

Community Police Officers

 

Providing crime prevention advice and supporting multi-agency operations to address recurring issues CPOs are granted certain powers under the Anti-social Behavior, Crime and Policing Act 2014, including the ability to issue Community Protection Notices (CPNs) to individuals or businesses whose unreasonable conduct is having a detrimental effect on the local community's quality of life.
