 Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 508(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the Internal Revenue Code, HCU Federal Credit Union operates as a nonprofit financial cooperative exempt from federal income tax due to its charitable and educational purpose in serving its members.
